How many tags to use depends upon how many tags you expect the audience to see. To improve searchability on web pages, I say tag like crazy. To introduce yourself in a social gathering I say choose carefully. Or not. It's content vs. impact.

I love going to networking events and being offered stickers with icons to put on your name tag to help break the ice. At the recent <a href="http://www.interactiveaustin2008.com/" rel="nofollow">Innovation Austin </a> conference, stickers included MySpace, Facebook, and Twitter, Candyland or Monopoly, coffee drinker or cola drinker, and - oddly enough - your opinion on whether Yahoo! should merge with Microsoft, Google, or go it alone. Not tags that I'd choose with unlimited choices, but great conversation starters.

My tags are Facebook, Twitter, Candyland, Decaf, and that Yahoo! should go it alone.

I'm seriously unhappy I'm missed the session on Eliminating the Paper Receipt. You're the 2nd or 3rd person who told me this was his/her favorite session--and in many ways it was the realization of one of the types of sessions I hoped we'd see at InnovationCamp--one that combined a social or environmental need with a business opportunity. (Note to the world... if anyone recorded this or captured any artifacts at all, I'd love to see them!!)

Kay, BTW... congratulations on the new blog!
